Deposits and Payment Methods

Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Card withdrawals require a prior deposit using the same method, and Mastercard payouts are processed through a 3-D Secure MID. We do not accept corporate cards for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is EUR 20. We apply withdrawal limits of EUR 2,000 per day and EUR 30,000 per month, with per-transaction caps of EUR 60,000 on Visa and EUR 5,000 on Mastercard. Processing Times

We process all payouts only after your KYC verification has been approved, and we handle requests in queue order. Withdrawals up to EUR 1,000 are processed within 72 hours, while amounts above EUR 1,000 may take up to 7 days. Once we have processed your withdrawal, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank. We do not charge a withdrawal commission, though deposit fees may vary by payment system.

Wagering Requirements and Account Activity

We require all deposited funds to be wagered at least 1x before a withdrawal request can be submitted. This requirement rises to 3x for certain payment methods and in cases we identify as high risk.
